It is forbidden to steal land
Deuteronomy 19:14 "You shall not remove your neighbor's boundary marker"
We are not allowed to claim ownership of someone else's property.
Even if we feel that our claim is just, we may not take possession of the land by force. We must bring the matter to court and prove our claim to be valid.
Negative Mitzvah 243
It is forbidden to kidnap another person
Exodus 20:13 "Do not steal"
This Negative Mitzvah forbids us to kidnap a Jewish person.
